How to get ACP benefits on your existing Quantum Fiber service
The ACP is currently not accepting any new applications; however, existing ACP subscribers are able to transfer benefits from another provider to Quantum Fiber. Our benefits team can assist with transferring benefits to your current Quantum Fiber account.
To transfer benefits, call our dedicated Benefits Support Team at 800-213-2774 Monday through Friday 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. or Saturday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST.
