Hurricane Idalia Update


Customers affected by Hurricane Idalia, our thoughts are with you as you begin recovery efforts.

As a result of the storm and related flooding, we have experienced impacts to our network. Customers in affected areas may be experiencing home phone and internet service interruptions and outages.

 

We are working closely with local and federal authorities and our network operations teams to gain access, assess damage, and restore service as quickly and safely as possible.

 

We continue to monitor any impacts from Idalia’s path and will provide additional network status and restoral updates here as they become available.

Get outage updates

 

  • Open the Quantum Fiber app to see outage notifications on your home screen. 

  • We will email and text you with updates about your service if you’ve opted in to receive them. You can review and confirm your communication preferences in the Quantum Fiber app.

  • Sign in to your online account to see outage notifications on the home page. As long as you have mobile data, you should be able to access the website from your mobile phone without an internet connection.
