Hurricane Milton Update
We are monitoring damage from Hurricane Milton.

Technicians will begin to assess and repair network damage in Florida following the hurricane. Generators are helping to keep services running in many locations where commercial power is still impacted. Once power is restored, teams will look for any issues send out repair teams as needed once it is safe to do so.
Get outage updates
- Open the Quantum Fiber app to see outage notifications on your home screen.
- We will email and text you with updates about your service if you’ve opted in to receive them. You can review and confirm your communication preferences in the Quantum Fiber app.
- Sign in to your online account to see outage notifications on the home page. As long as you have mobile data, you should be able to access the website from your mobile phone without an internet connection.
