How to pause your Quantum Fiber service

If you'll be away for a while, you can put your service on hold for a minimum of one month and a maximum of nine months. And the best part? You can manage your vacation hold easily from our website.

Website instructions

1. Select Services in the top menu.

2. Look for the Manage Account section beneat your subscription information. Select Schedule Pause.

3. On the next screen, select the dates you want to pause and resume service. A service pause can be between one month and nine months long. Select Submit and you're done!

Your service will automatically stop and start on the days you chose. If you need to change your resume date, just sign in and update it here. You can adjust your restart service date anytime before the original date you selected.
