What is happening?
Quantum Fiber is now part of the AT&T family. As a valued customer, we wanted to share the good news with you that we are building something better together.
Will this affect my Quantum Fiber service?
There will be no changes to your existing Quantum Fiber services at this time. You can keep enjoying the same blazing-fast speeds you rely on today with unlimited data, no annual contracts, and no changes to your current internet plan or experience.
Will I need new equipment?
No. You will continue using your existing internet equipment.
Does this affect the way I manage my account?
No. You can sign in at https://www.quantumfiber.com/instant-internet-qft.html or log-in to the Quantum Fiber App, just as you always have.
Starting 30 days from the date of the notification you received, your Quantum Fiber service will be governed by AT&T’s Terms and Conditions. You can review these terms at QuantumFiber.com/quantumfiberterms.
Do I need to do anything?
There’s nothing you need to do besides continuing to be a great customer. While you are not required to take any action, we do want you to be aware that:
- Starting 30 days from the date of the notification you received, your Quantum Fiber service will be governed by AT&T’s Terms and Conditions. You can review these terms at QuantumFiber.com/quantumfiberterms. If you don’t want to accept these terms, you may cancel your Quantum Fiber service at any time before the 30 days by calling 833-926-1289.
- Also starting in 30 days, your marketing and privacy preferences will be reset to AT&T’s default settings. This means you may receive email marketing communications, and we may share limited personal information to create, deliver, and measure targeted advertising, consistent with AT&T’s Privacy Notice.
- If you prefer not to receive marketing emails or wish to adjust your privacy settings, you can manage your email marketing preferences at https://www.att.com/consent/unsubscribe/ or update your privacy choices at https://www.att.com/consent/ccpa/dnsatt. Otherwise, there’s nothing you need to do.
