You are now eligible to move to Quantum Fiber, our premium internet service which has no annual contract, unlimited data, and offers Price for Life on plans.
A technician visit is needed to complete this upgrade to Quantum Fiber. You can visit QuantumFiber.com/transfer to schedule the technician visit, or you can call us at 833-879-0296 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CST) to speak with a representative and schedule the technician appointment.
If you initiated your Quantum Fiber service upgrade online, be sure to call us at 833-879-0296 to complete your order.

Although our fiber service usually means 100% fiber-optic network to your location, in limited circumstances Quantum Fiber may need to deploy alternative technologies coupled with a non-fiber connection from a certain point (usually the curb) to your location in order to provide the advertised download speeds.
